Our science and our sooftware draws on statistical techniques, primarily General Linear Models, designed to measure the strength and direction of complex, interdependent factors. Our researchers have published hat were conducted by researchers at Capital Analytics. The articles were published in such leading peer-reviewed scholarly journals as Human Resource Development Quarterly, Advances in Developing Human Resource, Performance Improvement Quarterly, to name a few. These articles demonstrated the research leadership position of Capital Analytics in ROI and result measurement.
